1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Apollo Journal mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Apollo Journal. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement. The app is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16.

3. AI Chat Disclaimer

Apollo Journal includes an AI-powered journaling companion designed to support reflection, exploration, and self-coaching.

• The AI is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical professional.
• It does not provide therapy, medical advice, or crisis support
• The AI offers insights, prompts, and suggestions designed to encourage reflection—but all decisions and actions are the user’s responsibility.
• Do not use this app in lieu of professional help, especially in the case of mental health emergencies.

4. Subscription & Payments

Apollo Journal operates under a paid subscription model with a 14-day free trial.

• Subscriptions are available monthly or annually.
• All subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
• Payments and billing are managed through RevenueCat and subject to their terms and refund policies.

5. User Accounts

To use the app, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Interfere with other users’ experience.
• Use or attempt to exploit the app’s AI in any manipulative or malicious manner.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Share accounts or login credentials
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Spam or harass other users

8. No Emergency Use

Apollo Journal is not designed for emergencies. If you are in danger or need urgent mental health support, please contact a medical professional or emergency service in your country.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property within the app (excluding your journal content) remain the property of Raz Industries Unit Trust or its licensors.

10. Changes to the Service

We may update, add, or remove features from Apollo Journal at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms. You may terminate at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting the app.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
• The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

13. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of this jurisdiction.
