• Usage Data: App interactions, features used, session durations.
• Device Data: Device type, OS version, anonymized analytics.

We do not collect sensitive personal identifiers such as government-issued ID numbers.

We use your data to:

• Operate and improve the app.
• Personalize your journaling experience.
• Analyze trends to enhance features.
• Communicate app updates or support responses.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored securely using Supabase, a third-party cloud infrastructure provider with strict access controls and encryption standards.

We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data, including secure authentication, encrypted transmission, and limited data access internally.

Our AI chat is powered by OpenAI and configured with a proprietary prompt to act as a reflective journaling assistant. It does not store your chats beyond their use for insight generation. Your entries are not used to train AI models.

We may integrate with third-party tools for analytics, payments, and infrastructure. These providers may collect limited anonymized data necessary to deliver their services, subject to their privacy policies.

7. Your Rights

As a user, you can:

• Request data export or deletion.
